The MOE - National Association of Mangalica Breeders is the official herdbook in Hungary

Arche Austria manages the official Austrian Mangalitsa herdbook.
United Kingdom
The BPA manages the official Mangalitsa Herdbook in England, Ireland. British Pig Association (BPA)
North America
MBOAR - Mangalitsa Breed Organization and Registry is the official Mangalitsa Herdbook in the USA and Canada. It is open for other countries as well when those pigs can show they or their parents came out of the recognized European herd books.
Germany
The Wollschwein/Mangalitsa Register manages the official Mangalitsa Herdbook in Germany.
Switzerland
The SVW (Schweizerische Vereinigung für das Wollschwein) manages the official Mangalitsa Herdbook in Switzerland.

Netherlands
The Mangalitza-Netwerk is an active network/cooperative of Dutch Mangalitsa breeders, rather than an official herdbook. Since Barbara Meyer zu Altenschildesche moved to the US in 2018 this network is not very active anymore. Japan
Japan has only one breeder with a pure breed Mangalitsa herd. The 25 were imported in 2016 to Hokkaido, Japan. The export of exceptional genetics was arranged by Barbara Meyer zu Altenschildesche in the Netherlands. All pigs were pure of color selected from different Dutch farms.
